We build and maintain your professional website, get it found on Google — and monitor for unauthorized distribution of your paid content.

Every project is scoped and quoted in writing before work begins.

The Profitholder mark

A wolf on watch, inside a shield — with a keyhole at its point. Vigilant like a wolf, protective like a shield, and locked down like your paid content should be. That combination is ours alone.

Written permission onlyWork stays inside the scope you approve in writing.
Public sources onlyNo private groups, paid accounts, or restricted content.
Evidence preservedURLs, dates, and screenshots kept unaltered and organized.
No guaranteed outcomesNo promised removals, legal outcomes, or recovered revenue.

One service: your presence, built and protected

Profitholder is a combined digital presence + protection service. We build your professional website, keep it maintained and updated, and get it indexed and discoverable on Google — while monitoring finds candidate copies of your paid content, verification sorts real concerns from false positives, and reporting keeps everything documented. Scope and cost are agreed in writing before any work starts.

01

Website design & build

A professional website built for your brand — your offers, your voice, your links to buy, book, and follow — designed to look established and trustworthy on phone and desktop alike, and structured so search engines can understand it from day one.

Built around the products and audience you already have. You approve the design and content before anything goes live.

02

Website maintenance & updates

Your site stays current without you touching it: content and offer updates, new pages as your catalog grows, link and contact checks, and routine upkeep so nothing goes stale, broken, or out of date.

Tell us what changed — a new product, a new offer, a new link — and we handle the update.

03

Google indexing & discoverability

We get your website uploaded to Google properly: submitted for indexing, set up with the titles, descriptions, and business information Google reads, and checked so your pages can be found when people search for you and what you sell.

Indexing is set up and verified on our end. How quickly Google crawls a site and where it ranks are Google’s decisions — we make sure nothing on your side blocks being found.

04

Public-source monitoring

Structured searches of publicly accessible sources for suspected unauthorized copies of your paid content — exact product titles and distinctive phrases, public search results and platform search, marketplace and sales-page lookalikes, and public ad research for possible impersonation.

Scope — covered products, platforms, and search frequency — is agreed in writing before monitoring begins.

05

Evidence documentation

Every relevant candidate is logged with the details you would need to act on it: full URL, platform or domain, date and time found, screenshot, the original source for comparison, and a concise note on how the two compare.

Originals are kept unaltered. Each finding carries an operational confidence label — high, medium, or low — for triage, not as a legal conclusion.

06

Periodic reporting

A clear report for each period: an executive summary, a table of findings with their status — verified, uncertain, or dismissed — the methodology and its limits, and the decisions or approvals needed from you.

False positives are dismissed and recorded, so your report reflects checked findings, not raw search results.

07

Authorized reporting assistance

Help preparing platform reporting materials from the documented evidence, so a submission is organized and complete when you decide to make one.

Nothing is submitted without your specific written approval for that finding and that platform. Platforms make their own decisions.

Who it’s for

Creators and businesses that sell digital products — who want a professional website that Google can find, and would rather not spend their own hours searching for copies of their content.

  • Course creatorsOnline courses and training programs sold through your own site or a course platform.
  • EducatorsTeachers and subject-matter experts selling lessons, workshops, and learning materials.
  • CoachesCoaching programs, paid communities, and memberships with content worth protecting.
  • Digital product businessesEbooks, templates, and other downloadable products with active sales.

A good fit usually looks like this

You have an established product with active sales, and you control the rights to the content in question. Common reasons creators get in touch:

  • You don’t have a real website yet — just a link page and a checkout link
  • Your website exists but isn’t showing up on Google
  • You’ve found copies or reposts of your content before
  • Support or refund questions hinted at unauthorized sharing
  • You’ve seen impersonation or copied sales pages
  • You’re spending your own time searching instead of creating

Not sure if it fits? The complimentary audit is the low-pressure way to find out — and whatever the scope, we fit into every budget.

How it works

Five steps, in order, for protection work. Nothing moves to the next step — and nothing is ever submitted anywhere — without you. Website builds follow the same discipline: written scope first, your approval of the design before launch, then Google submission and ongoing maintenance.

  1. Scope

We agree in writing what’s covered: the specific product, the platforms and sources to check, how often, what you’ll receive, and what’s excluded. Ownership or authorization for the covered content is confirmed before any work begins.

  2. Monitoring

Public sources are searched on the agreed schedule — exact titles and phrases, public search and platform search, marketplace and sales-page comparisons, and public ad research. Every relevant candidate is logged.

  3. Verification

Each candidate is checked against your official source — text, images, claims, branding, and seller identity. False positives are dismissed, borderline cases are flagged as uncertain for your review, and each finding gets a confidence label.

  4. Report

You receive a clear report: what was checked, what was found, the preserved evidence for each finding, and the limits of the search. Findings are shared privately and securely — never published.

  5. Client-approved next steps

You decide what happens next. If you want a platform report submitted, you approve that specific finding and platform in writing first. Submissions are tracked and their status reported back to you.

What a documented finding records Illustrative example — not a real client finding
FieldExample entry
FindingSuspected copy of a paid course offered for download on an unfamiliar site
RecordedFull URL, platform / domain, date & time found, screenshot, original product URL
ComparisonTitle, sales-page text, and imagery compared against the official product page
ConfidenceHigh · Medium · Low  Operational triage label — not a legal conclusion
StatusUnreviewed → Verified / Uncertain / Dismissed → Client review → Submitted only with written approval

A match is a candidate for your review — it is not, by itself, a determination that infringement occurred.

Limitations, stated plainly

This service is careful, documented monitoring — within clear boundaries. Here is what it does not do, so there are no surprises.

No guaranteed removal

Detection, platform acceptance, removal, and response times cannot be guaranteed. Platforms review reports and make independent decisions.

Not legal advice

This is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, or legal demands. Questions about your rights or legal strategy belong with qualified counsel.

Client authorization required

No claim is filed, no platform is contacted, and no submission is made on your behalf without your signed authorization and your specific written approval for that submission.

Public sources only, within scope

Monitoring covers publicly accessible sources for the products and platforms named in your written scope. Private groups, paid accounts, and restricted content are not accessed, and results within any scope may still be incomplete.

Common questions

What does the complimentary audit include?

One digital product, one one-time sweep of public sources, and a short private report covering what was checked and what was found. It’s offered to a limited number of creators while the service is being validated, with no obligation either way.

Will you submit takedown reports for me?

Only with your authorization. Before any submission, you receive the evidence and approve that specific finding and platform in writing. Without that approval, the service stays report-only — you get the documentation and decide for yourself.

Can you guarantee content will be removed?

No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. Platforms decide on their own reports. What this service guarantees is the process: careful searching, honest verification, and evidence documented well enough to act on.

Do you access private groups or paid communities?

No. Monitoring is limited to publicly accessible sources, within the written scope we agree on. Restricted content is not accessed without lawful permission.

Do you build websites, or only protect content?

Both — it’s one combined digital presence + protection service. We build a professional website for your brand, maintain and update it as your offers change, get it indexed and discoverable on Google, and monitor for unauthorized distribution of your paid content.

Will my website show up on Google?

We handle the full setup on your side: your site is submitted to Google for indexing, with the titles, descriptions, and business information Google reads, and verified so pages can be found in search. Google controls how quickly it crawls a site and where pages rank, so no one can honestly promise a ranking — what we promise is that nothing on your end blocks you from being found.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts, so you approve the number before anything begins. The audit call is free. Website build, maintenance and monitoring are quoted per project — tell us what you need and you get a written quote, not a range pulled out of the air.

Can I see past work or references?

Ask us directly and we’ll walk you through exactly what a project produces — the written scope, the report format, and how findings are documented and labelled. We don’t publish invented case studies or stock testimonials to fill the page; if we haven’t done a piece of work yet, we say so.

What happens after the audit?

You keep the report either way. If ongoing monitoring looks worthwhile, we’ll talk through scope and next steps on a short discovery call — and if it doesn’t, that’s a fine outcome too.
